In addition to this tasting of Burgundy’s top wines, students will come away with an understanding of the Cru system, learn how to purchase outstanding wines for the best price, journey into vineyards and get a sneak preview of the ’09 vintage. Class is $90 per person plus tax.

Last but certainly not least is the annual favorite Bubbles. On Tuesday, December 6, the best thatChampagne has to offer will be uncorked as students are guided through the most exciting wine region on earth. Tastes from producers will range from the top Grande Marque houses to the latest and greatest. Class is $90 per person plus tax.
