Summer nights out have returned to the downtown Bellevue Melting Pot. For just $35 per person, indulge in three courses plus a fresh from scratch infused martini. Bartenders will change featured martinis based upon the seasonal ingredients of the day.

The “Summer Night Out” menu is now available Sunday through Thursday anytime of day, and Friday and Saturday before 6:00 p.m.

The Melting Pot
Make Mother’s Day a week she’ll remember! At The Melting Pot celebrate mom with a special four-course Mother’s Day menu available May 2–May 8. Let Mom dip into a creamy Garlic Herb and Cheddar Cheese Fondue, or try their bubbling Pesto and Marinara Cheese Fondue. For lighter options, choose from a classic Caesar Salad or the light and tangy Strawberry Kiss Salad. For entrees guests can choose from Lobster, New York Strip Steak, Zesty Shrimp, Garlic Chicken, Pork Tenderloin and Ravioli ($47 per person), or the Melting Pot’s Signature Filet Mignon, Teriyaki Sirloin, Zesty Shrimp, Garlic Chicken and Seasame Ahi Tuna ($39 per person). Looking for a unique spot to bring mom this Mother’s Day? Try Pogacha where Northwest cuisine meets Italian and Adriatic style cooking! This Sunday, May 8, join Pogacha for their Mother’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. This delicious three-course brunch includes a first course of a cup of their fresh Tomato and Basil soup. Seattle Restaurant Week is back!

It’s time to spring into the new season by dining out and experiencing all the culinary delights our region has to offer. Seattle Restaurant Week is back! April 10–21 (excluding Friday, Saturday and brunch on Sunday) nearly 150 restaurants will highlight their best cuisines at bargain prices for guests. This year Bellevue will be represented by eight participating restaurants right in the heart of downtown.

Barrio, LOT No. 3, McCormick & Schmick’s, Monsoon East, Purple Cafe and Wine Bar, The Melting Pot, Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar and Wild Ginger will offer gourmet three-course, prix-fixe menus at a price of $15 for Lunch and $28 for Dinner, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity.

We think February is a pretty sweet month! So in honor of our sweet-toothed fans we’ve rounded up the best spots in Downtown Bellevue to get any sugar fix filled. Whether it’s a special occasion or an act of spontaneity to treat yourself, here are our local favorites that will have you coming back for more.

Cupcake Royale
Cupcake Royale is a new resident to Downtown Bellevue but has the accolades to prove they’re here to make a lasting impression. Sugar fanatics unite and head to a place that has been voted as having the best cupcakes around! Cupcake Royale is known for their “cupcakes with a conscience”– in other words, these confections are made with ingredients that are organic and locally grown. John Howie Steak is offering a sweetheart of a Valentine’s Day dinner on Monday, February 14.  The dinner is comprised of a 3-course meal served in the intimate Piano Lounge, where live music will be played for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. The menu includes a choice of soup or salad, five delicious entrees, and three decadent deserts, all for $55 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). McCormick and Schmick’s
At McCormick and Schmick’s they’re pulling out all the stops to make this a Valentine’s Day to remember! Guests who make a reservation between February 11 – 14, will have the opportunity to also request roses to be set at the table upon arrival for a $10 charge. In addition, you also have the option of personalizing a card to be set at the table prior to arrival, free of charge. The Melting Pot
The Melting Pot is the place to be this holiday of love, whether you’re looking for someplace to enjoy with that special someone or you’re looking for the perfect singles hangout spot. In addition to the regular menu, check out their fabulous Valentine’s Day Celebration Menu. Come to Z’Tejas this Valentine’s Day Weekend to spice things up Southwestern-style! From February 11 – 14,
