VoVito Caffè & Gelato comes to The Bravern

April 7, 2010

The Bravern today announced a much anticipated coffee shop tenant! VoVito Caffè & Gelato will open mid-June and occupy a nearly 2,500 square foot space on 110th Avenue NE, adjacent to the outdoor fireplace. The shop’s concept was born from Eastside entrepreneurs Ariff and Shairose Gulamani. VoVito will offer “coffee for connoisseurs,” says Ariff – the best in hand-crafted espresso, coffee and tea beverages by the cup, box or carafe, along with smoothies and milkshakes. Fresh, custom-made gelato and gelato desserts and cakes, ice cream, sorbetto, salads, baked goods, sweet bites, cold plates (cheese and fruit), and assorted finger foods will round out the menu. According to the Seattle Times Coffee City blog, the café will also be home to the region’s third “Slayer” machine, giving baristas more control over the coffee creation process. VoVito Caffè & Gelato plans to open every morning at 6:30 a.m.
