After two successful restaurant openings in Downtown Bellevue last fall, Purple Café and Wine Bar and Barrio, Heavy Restaurant Group is at it again with the recent launch of LOT No. 3. This innovative local eatery adds a third location in Bellevue Towers for the group, located on the corner of NE 4th Street and 106th Avenue NE.
The name LOT No. 3 was a natural fit to represent Heavy’s third dining concept. The restaurant specializes in simple and seasonally inspired fare including artisan cheese and meat plates, salads, sandwiches, sliders, short ribs and seafood gumbo. LOT No. 3′s specialty cured meats are brought in from the famous Salumi deli in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square district – an experience now available to Eastsiders (thanks to LOT No. 3) that can’t be passed up. To top off it off, try the s’mores for dessert! For the thirsty, there are six beers on tap, fifty plus brews by the bottle, cocktails, a hundred plus spirits and plenty of wines by the glass and bottle to round out the drink menu, which is primarily brown liquor and beer focused.
Although the menu speaks to adults, kids are welcome. Consider this a place where neighbors and families can pop in for a quick bite or enjoy an extended evening of conversation. Check out a sample of LOT No. 3′s extensive food and drink menu here, where you won’t find a plate more than $15. There is also a daily happy hour from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
LOT No. 3 has seating for 100 and offers a combination of table and communal seating, a bar, small booths, leather sofas and chairs, as well as seasonal patio dining options. Reservations are available for parties of 6 or more and large groups can be accommodated through Heavy Restaurant Group’s Event Planning service (contact groupdining@heavyrestaurantgroup.com).
Stop in and try Downtown Bellevue’s newest dining delight. Hours are 4 p.m.-12 a.m. Sunday-Monday and 4 p.m.-2 a.m. Tuesday – Saturday. For more information call (425) 440-0025 or visit lotno3.com.
