		<description>A note on the Artisanal recipe - we&#039;re pretty sure chef meant 2 cloves (not heads) of garlic in the tomato confit.  Two heads of garlic, for only 6 tomatoes - well, if your&#039;e adventurous, go for it.  But I tried it with about half a head of garlic and it was garlicky - and superb.</description>
